This policy applies to the VPNLF website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. It explains how account and service data are handled. Third-party payment pages and external websites are governed by their own policies. Before using the service, please review the relevant terms in the Terms of Service.
Account and Order Data
VPNLF does not require an email address. Accounts can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required to create an account and is not collected by default. Account data includes the username, password credentials used to verify identity, subscription status, and necessary account settings. This data is used for sign-in verification, service delivery, and support requests.
Order processing involves the selected plan, order amount, payment method, transaction status, and refund records. This information is used to verify payments and service entitlements. Descriptions and attachments submitted through support tickets help investigate issues. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials, or full subscription links in a support ticket.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
VPNLF does not log the websites users visit, browsing content, communication content, or DNS query history, and does not create records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Network acceleration connection logs are not retained persistently. Connection times, destination addresses, and session details that could link users to destination websites are not stored.
Subscription status, traffic usage summaries, and order records are used to deliver the service and handle billing; they are not browsing history. Usage summaries help determine remaining traffic and plan entitlements and do not include browsing destinations. Account sign-in security records are handled separately from acceleration connection records and retained only as needed to detect suspicious sign-ins or resolve account disputes.
Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks, and interaction errors. They may include pages visited, referring pages, browser type, visit time, and approximate region. Analytics are limited to interactions with this website and are not used to record browsing activity after an acceleration connection is established. They should not contain passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and local storage help maintain sign-in status and save language and interface preferences. Analytics functions may also use identifiers to distinguish visits. Users can manage or clear this data in their browser settings. Clearing sign-in credentials requires signing in again, while restricting related storage may affect saved preferences and user panel functions. Closing the webpage alone does not clear locally stored credentials.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNLF supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third-party payment service processes each payment and may collect transaction data under its own policies. VPNLF receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to confirm an order. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords in website support tickets or on ordinary pages.
Necessary order information may be used for payment reconciliation, refunds, and dispute resolution. Account data is not shared with unrelated third parties except as necessary to deliver the service, meet legal obligations, or respond to valid legal requests. Before proceeding to a payment page, check the order and recipient details and review the payment service's data handling information.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and handle service requests. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed for reconciliation and to meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics and diagnostic data are deleted or aggregated after analysis and troubleshooting; retaining raw data indefinitely is not the default. Acceleration connection logs have no retention period because they are not stored persistently.
Users can submit a support ticket in the user panel to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect subscription delivery and future access. Data that must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved dispute cannot be deleted at the same time; the reason will be explained and its use restricted. Users must clear data stored in their browser themselves.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy changes, the revisions will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated. Material changes to data use, processing scope, or user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Matters that require separate consent under applicable law will be handled accordingly.
If you have questions about data processing or the outcome of a request, contact us through a user panel support ticket and describe the account and issue involved. Do not submit sensitive information unrelated to verification. The Terms of Service and the relevant order details govern service use, billing, and refunds.
